The prices quoted in JewlsadJems.com are final, that means they include VAT. The prices do not include shipping costs and cash on delivery cost.

Order and Cash on Delivery Fees

• Cash on delivery Fees: 3,00€ (Only for purchases within Greece and Cyprus )
• Cash on delivery fee for orders over39€ is free (within Greece and Cyprus ).

Checkout / Order Confirmation

Upon checkout , the customer will receive an email from JewlsandJems.com confirming the order quantity, the cost and the order number.

Delivery Time

The order is delivered usually the next business day. This applies for most parts of Greece, however there are some cases that delivery takes 2-3 business days from the day the order is made.

The delivery time for orders outside Greece is 4-14 working days.

If a product ordered is not available, JewlsandJems.com will contact the customer via email ad/or telephone to inform him when the delivery will probably take place.
